Happy Halloween (a day late)

My little guy dressed up like a dragon:


We went trick or treating with friends and people kept trying to give us candy and so I just started putting in my pockets.

Also, in news of the weird, I got a letter to my maiden name from a federal prison inmate yesterday. Patrick was like "is there something I should know?" Turns out I'm not Lisa aka "Biggie". But he paid somebody to find this girl that he is still in love with, so I'm going to have to write him back. He is in prison cause he "end up shooting this white chick for really no good reason". But he got Baptized a few weeks ago and he's "just trying to reach out to his fam". I kinda want to try and find her for him, but I feel like I should at least let him know that I'm not who he's looking for.

Thanks! He is teething, bless his heart! He hates clothes changes and we had put his costume on just to show my aunt so he was unimpressed!

I told Patrick I wanted to write that guy back and he is completely against it. It's not like he doesn't already have my address, so no harm is saying "hey please don't shoot this white chick, but I am not who you're looking for" y'know?

Eeeeek! That letter is creepy, to say the least. I would let the prison know that he contacted the wrong woman and let them take it from there. I wouldn't want any more contact with him. It could be a scam or a ruse of some sort. I once got a call in the middle of the night from some guy in prison who claimed he was contemplating suicide and needed me to talk to him. I hung up.

I would have brought him by your house if I didn't have the plague. I sound awful and my throat is really sore and I don't want you to have any more problems.

Patrick is completely against me contacting him, but he already has my address so writing him back isn't going to give him any info he didn't already have, except that when he gets out he won't show up at my door. Unless he wants to shoot another white chick for no reason.
