Mike Renko - I just don't think he brought anything to the show.
Eva Espinoza (Mexican police commissioner) - She just seemed like a foil for Kensi and someone Deeks could get inexplicably close with in no amount of time.
Lauren Hunter - the character has run her course and the actress looked constipated the entire time.

She does looke constipated! She's the one I'm worried will be back ... and I don't want that. She irks me the way EJ does ... I don't know why, but I don't like those two!

They are probably just hungry, I think everyone would be happier if they ate a cookie. ;-) You're right though I see their faces and just cringe.
