I want to post my case file, but I have a question. How do you make the icons show up with the grey boarders and numbered?

You use this website: http://roseclear.net/icontable/
Check 'numbers above icons' and then enter #e0e0e0 (that's a light grey I use^^) and all the other boxes enter #ffffff.
